The Resurgence makes its return to DC Universe Online beginning today, April 21. There are new Mearcian Reactive Auras available along with items from past Resurgence Mega Capsule. Players can look forward to one each of Time Capsules 15-23. Of course, the Booster Gold Second Chance vendor has been updated.
Resurgence Mega Capsule
The Resurgence Mega Capsule drops in-game from any defeated enemy and is then opened using seven Stabilizers. It can also be purchased in the Marketplace for 700 Daybreak Cash (PC) or 700 Marketplace Cash (PS, Xbox, NS)
The Resurgence Mega Capsule contains $9 worth of unlocked Time Capsules (9) plus the Mearcian Reactive Aura Reward Box. Here are the unlocked Time Capsules:

Booster Gold Second Chance Vendor
The Booster Gold Second Chance Vendor has been updated to include items from the Atlantean Time Capsule and Shazam! Time Capsule. Just head over to the House of Legends in the central hub and look for him. His items are available for Quarks. Remember, Quarks are the currency found in any and all Time Capsules.
