'Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Multiplayer Weapons: Awesome Black Hole Projector And T.H.O.R. Missile System Revealed [TRAILER]

With more than 3 million dislikes, the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare reveal trailer is worthy of a case study in where it all went wrong for CoD. But the reveal trailer only showcased Infinite Warefare's campaign mode – the game lives and dies on its multiplayer. Infinite Warfare has a chance to redeem itself.

Check out the new Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer trailer below:

Infinite Warfare not only brings back some of the futuristic map design aesthetics from Advanced Warfare, but also features new elements that aim to give players more "choice and freedom of play than ever."

The Infinite Warfare multiplayer game mode introduces Combat Rigs, which are built around six distinct styles of play. The rigs each feature three different payloads, as well as three unique persistent perks, also known as traits. Mix and matching different payloads and traits will create various combinations of play-styles.

The trailer also offers a closer look at three of the six new rigs:

Warfighter is the balanced Combat Rig for offense.

The mid-range Warfighter is a strong offensive Combat Rig that is ideal for pushing to objectives and fast kills. It's unique "Claw" payload is an arm-mounted spread-shot weapon that features ricochet ballistic rounds that can take out enemies around blind corners. The Warfighter's Persistence Trait also allows scorestreaks to continue after death and respawn.

Merc Combat Rig is all about heavy machinery and heavy armor.

Next, the heavy Merc Combat Rig is all about clearing out the enemies. Its Bull Charge payload is an impenetrable shield that doubles as a ram against enemy defensess. A charge attack will also level all enemies in the Merc's path. The Merc becomes even more deadly with the Infusion Trait, which regenerates health faster after damage is taken.

FTL Combat Rig is about speed and stealth.

Finally, the FTL rig is all about speed and stealth. The Eraser payload, a compact energy handgun that fires and incinerates enemies that are slower to the draw. Next, the Powerslide Trait is similar to the Exo Suit movement we've seen from Advanced Warfare. The trait enables a player to quickly close the distance while aiming down sights.

Weapons have always been a major key (we the best!) for CoD shooters, and this time it's no different. For the first time in CoD, players can craft base weapons into cutting edge prototype weapons. In order to craft, players must collect and redeem salvage, the game's crafting currency, while playing the game. Essentially, the more games you play, the more salvage you earn, and the better prototype you can build.

Primary and secondary equipment in Infinite Warefare include some really radical technology. Bio Spikes are throwing knives that insta-kill an enemy with a big explosion that sends shrapnel that hurt other enemies within proximity. The Black Hole Projector is a land mine that pulls in enemies and crushes them into a dark matter vortex.

Kill Streaks features some creative weapons as well. One of the rewards is a combat support known as T.H.O.R. The Tactical High Output Response missile system is a hovering missile platform with rapid launching capabilities that unleashes a storm of missiles.

Next, R-C8 is a powerful drone that can be deployed as a sentry or controlled remotely to assault the enemy.
