'Call of Duty: Blacks Ops 7' Showcase Shares New Details Ahead of November 14 Release

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 7" is nearing its November 14 release, and Activision has ramped up the excitement by revealing new details about the game.

In a "Call of Duty" showcase, details about the game's multiplayer as well as the new Overload mode have been revealed.

What to Know About 'Black Ops 7's' Multiplayer

As revealed by Activision, there will be 16 new multiplayer weapons at launch for "Black Ops 7." According to a report by Eurogamer, these include the M10 Breacher. New weapon Prestige attachments and camos will likewise be introduced to the game.

New details have also been shared regarding the Overload mode, a 6v6 objective mode that involves securing the overload device and taking it to one of the two zones of the opposition.

18 Launch Maps

The Activision showcase also gave fans a quick look at the 18 maps that will launch with "Black Ops 7."

These include the following:

  • Den - features a Japanese castle
  • Express - features a Tokyo train station
  • Homestead - features David Mason's Alaskan childhood home
