Borderlands is an action role-playing and first-person shooter video game that offers players space western science fantasy setting. The main series has four games with each one having its own downloadable content packs. These are: Borderlands (2009), Borderlands 2 (2012), Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (2014), and Borderlands 3 (2019).
The franchise also has a spin-off Tales from the Borderlands. It was first released in 2014 and relaunched in February 2021.
