Developer Gameloft has revealed some juicy information about an upcoming update for Asphalt 9: Legends. The New Breed Rivals will introduce six new cars and is headlined by the Vision 1789. New events are also going to be available, spread throughout the season.

New Cars

When the New Breed Rivals update is launched, a multiplayer season will start every single day. Participating in the season will grant you the new Vision 1789, along with other cars in the lineup, including the Arash AF8 Falcon Edition, Brabham BT62, Bolwell MK X Nagari 500, Puritalia Berlinetta, and Tushek TS 900 Racer Pro.

The Vision 1789 is a really fast car with a top speed of 380 and an acceleration of 74.80. Its handling may not be that good compared to the other cars mentioned, but it is definitely something that you want to get your hands on.

The Tushek TS 900 Racer Pro is a premium car with slightly better stats than the Vision 1789, though this is only available if you purchase it from the store.

Another reason why you should partake in the upcoming multiplayer season is that you’ll get the blueprints for the Bolwell MK X Nagari 500 by competing on the weekends.

New Events

There are a few events that are also worth mentioning. The Starway is an event where you can get the Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder up to four stars. If you’re not able to compete in this event once it goes live, do not worry. The developers promised that it will return throughout the year.

The Looper Prix is an interesting one because you’ll have to race your ghost to win two new cars, the Arash AF8 Falcon Edition and Brabham BT62. You first have to complete the entire track so that the game can record your “ghost.” After which, you’ll have to beat your ghost to boost your nitro. Repeat this loop several times, making sure that you beat your previous record every time you participate.

Last but not least, a new version of the Koenigsegg Regera will be coming to Asphalt 9: Legends. This special event allows you to try out the new cars of the update, especially the Bolwell MK X Nagari 500 and Tushek TS 900 Racer Pro.

The New Breed Rivals update is expected to arrive soon.

Asphalt 9: Legends is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, and PC.
