There are plenty of deck types in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links mobile game, but with the latest expansion set, Electric Overload, the Ninja archetype received a huge boost and the deck may see a lot of play in the near future as one of the best decks out right now.

Duelists who want to climb the ranks of PVP and receive the coveted title of King of Games, may want to consider building this Ninja deck for Duel Links.

Credit for the deck goes to Kazin_X1stHokage over on the Duel Links subreddit and his deck brought them all the way to the King of Games title. Their decklist consists of the ninja cards from the Electric Overload set but most of these cards are very rare especially the Ninjitsu Art of Transformation trap card, which is an Ultra Rare.

The Ninja deck calls for three of these traps (which means resetting the box after getting one) but the creator states in the reddit post that you can go with two. While the monsters are all Rare or Super Rare including Grandmaster Ninja Sasuke and Red Ninja Warrior.

Check out a screenshot of the proposed Ninja deck below.

Kazin_X1stHokage does an excellent job of explaining what each card does for this deck, so we suggest giving it a read.

But as you can see, the point of this deck is to swarm the field while also changing your opponent’s monsters to defense mode using Sphere Kuriboh or Enemy Controller (found in Ultimate Rising and Kaiba drops, respectively).

Using Ninjitsu Art of Transformation will get your heavy hitters, Black and Red Ninja Warrior, to the field while also disrupting your enemy by sending their backrow to the top/bottom of the deck or removing a monster from play. You can also combo this trap during the Battle Phase to attack with one monster, and then special summon another to attack for more damage. There is a lot of OTKO potential with this deck.

Kazin_X1stHokage also suggests using Kaiba and his Beatdown ability to increase the attack points of your monsters by 300 for every Level 5 or higher monster on the field. Black and Red Ninja Warrior fit that criteria but Flame Armor Ninja is a four-star monster whose effect can increase its level by one, making it 2000 attack automatically when you activate Beatdown.

Check out ShadyPenguin’s video on the deck and to see it in action below and let us know whether you want to build this Ninja deck yourself and if you’ve had success with it as well in the comments section.
