World of Warcraft released its latest hotfix which brings changes to Dungeons and Raids, particularly Azshara’s Eternal Palace. Items and Mounts also got some fixes.

For Dungeons and Raids, the changes include:

  • Azshara’s Eternal Palace
    • Abyssal Commander Sivara
      • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused Holy Priests to get frozen while Spirit of Redemption was active on all difficulties.
    • Orgozoa
      • Teleporters to the Orgozoa encounter no longer remove stat buffs.
      • Enemies leading to the Orgozoa encounter no longer despawn when the boss is engaged.
    • Za’qul, Harbinger of Ny’alotha
      • Corrected an issue preventing Monks from using Chi Torpedo or Roll in the Delirium Realm.
      • Corrected an issue where tentacles from the Delirium Realm could spawn in other realms on all difficulties.
  • Siege of Boralus
    • Corrected an issue in the Dread Captain Lockwood encounter where a player dying while holding the cannon would not spawn a new cannon.

Other changes in this latest hotfix are:

  • Items
    • Heart of Azeroth
      • Conflict and Strife's (Essence) Rank 4 visual should now properly display when PvP events are triggered such as capturing a flag or interrupting a target.
  • Mounts
    • Vicious Basilisks have grown larger for most races, and even larger for large races.

World of Warcraft also released a hotfix a day before they released this new one. In particular, changes were made to different classes. In particular, the updated classes had their damage increased since the development team noticed they were underperforming. These classes include:

  • Death Knight
    • Frost
      • Damage of all abilities increased by 5%.
    • Unholy
      • Damage of all abilities increased by 5%.
  • Warlock
    • Destruction
      • Damage of all abilities increased by 5%.
  • Warrior
    • Arms
      • Damage of all abilities increased by 5%.

Meanwhile the Rogue Class, specifically the Outlaw, had these changes:

  • Blade Flurry now strikes nearby enemies for 30% of normal damage (was 45%).
  • Keep Your Wits About You (Azerite Trait) now increases the chance for Sinister Strike to strike again by 3% (was 5%) and the maximum number of stacks has been increased to 33.

The effect of Blade Furry was lowered since it was found to be too strong. The same can be said for the Azerite Trait. While it ensures that the Outlaw Rogue continues to have a strong multi-target cleave, it is no longer significantly ahead of other specs.

Finally there is the Restoration Shaman, which had its healing increased. This class had been having problems with single target healing environments like Mythic Keystone Dungeons and Arenas. As such, some of the spells have been buffed.
