It’s Xur day, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found standing in the Hall of Guardians, near the Crucible Quartermaster
It hasn’t exactly been an exciting month for the Destiny community. Activision confirmed plans to publish a true Destiny sequel before the end of the year. But word of a proper follow-up, not to mention the stream of high-profile releases (Mass Effect: Andromeda) on the horizon, has some Destiny players wondering if now isn’t the time to move on to greener pastures. But anyone still playing Bungie’s shared-world shooter frequently enough to stockpile Strange Coins can still at least look forward to Xur’s weekly visits. At least until they’ve rounded out their collection of exotic armor and weaponry.
Last week, the Agent of the Nine returned to the The Reef with a collection of exotics equipment we’ve seen several times over the last two and a half years. Just not with the same frequency as some exotic gear, like Voidfang Vestments or Young Ahamkara’s Spine. Titans got another chance to purchase Eternal Warrior and Xur had a Hard Light for anyone with 23 Strange Coins to spare. And you never know when some of the game’s most sought after weaponry will return to Xur’s inventory sheet for another 48 hour blowout.
