There was a time when the streets where ruled by iconic cars that burned rubber on the tarmac. The Crew 2 is celebrating that time period this week with the Super 70s event. This LIVE Summit starts tomorrow, August 19, and runs through August 26. Today we take a look at what the Super 70s has to offer.

For this week, there are three skills that are going to be tested. The first is Escape, where players need to get away from a red circle that continues to expand. The goal is to beat a set target since the circle does eventually catch every player. Then there is Low Altitude where players need to fly as low as they can with touching into any objects or crashing into them. From the air, players then need to get wet with Buoy Smashing. In this challenge, players need to smash buoys that have been set up to gather points and beat the target.

For this week's races, they include the Golden Hills Race Track, which is on the south side of Las Vegas, Nevada. Other day races include the San Francisco Commute and the Jersey Everyzon Track. There are also nighttime races like Down to Yellowstone and Once Upon a Time in Brooklyn.

With all of these, what rewards can players expect this week? Well, here’s what’s up for grabs in this week’s LIVE Summit:

  • Platinum: Fast Wagon Underglow
  • Gold: Dodge Challenger R/T
  • Silver: Legendary DD Perf Parts (Nitro Chemist Set, Pure + Ventilated)
  • Bronze: 300K Followers

Of course, players won’t be going for the top prize empty-handed. This is because there is the Super 70s bundle that comes with classic vehicles players need to start their leaderboard climb. These are:

  • Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (1971) – Street Racing
  • Ferrari 365 GTB4 Competizione (1971) – Touring Car
  • Nissan Fairlady Z 432 PS30 (1970) – Rally Cross
  • Ford Mustang Boss 429 (1969) – Street Racing
  • Chevrolet Camaro RS (1969) – Rally Raid
  • Volkswagen Beetle (1967) – Street Racing

For those who just want to chill, this week there is the classic 1970’s Dodge Challenger R/T that’s driven by none other than John Tanner. The Driver: San Francisco bundle offered this week not only includes the mentioned vehicle, but also vanity items. The bundle is available at Far & Beyond between August 19 and August 26.
