War Thunder has recently received Update 2.9.0.83 on all platforms. The highlight of this update is the improved respawn point markers, which the community has been clamoring for. Additionally, another batch of old vehicles has been improved, including the TAM 2IP and T-64B.

Improved Respawn Points

The devs have acknowledged that there are still so many areas in the game that can be improved. Since many people have been asking for better respawn markers, the devs gladly changed some things.

After applying the update, all aircraft, ground, and naval respawn point markers are now more obvious, thanks to the new icons. They should also not blend with the background anymore, making them easier to see.

Old Vehicles Revisited: Part Two

A new round of vehicle maintenance was done in the latest update. The TAM 2IP had a bug where the overpressure damage to the crew was missing, which has been fixed.

Aside from that, the T-64B and all T-72 modifications have their armor descriptions corrected, especially the description of the turret armor while in x-ray mode.
