Just in case you’ve been living under a rock, Marvel Studios last week released the film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. It’s not surprising to know that characters and costumes from the movie have been introduced to Marvel Future Fight. There’s also new content added in celebration of this latest Marvel film.
Let’s start with the new characters Katy and Wenwu. In the film, Wenwu is Shang-Chi’s father while Katy is the titular hero’s best friend. You’re probably wondering about Shang-Chi. He’s already in the game and he can now be upgraded to Tier-3.
This new update also means the arrival of improved Classic uniforms for Aero, Wave, and Sword Master, which players can now collect. Even Shang-Chi has a new uniform, one that’s based on the film.
New Mode
Marvel Future Fight introduces the Timeline Survival mode. In this one, abnormalities have been occurring in different dimensions, and players are tasked with solving them. Players need to use their Superheroes strategically to win various battles in randomly generated maps.
There’s also a new Legendary Battle based on the film. Here, players need to finish three stages that feature the Superheroes and backgrounds from the film.
New Event
To celebrate the arrival of the Ten Rings in the game, there’s a 28-day check-in event starting today. Logging in every day will give rewards. There are also special rewards like:

- Odin’s Blessing Chest x1

Marvel Phase Four
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is part of Marvel’s Phase Four released in theaters on September 3. It stars Simu Liu as the titular character with, among others, Awkwafina, Michelle Yeoh, and Tony Leung. The film has broken box-office records and has received positive reviews.
