'Vault-Tec Workshop' Release Time Install Instructions: How To Get The 'Fallout 4' DLC On PS4, Xbox One And PC

Vault-Tec Workshop , the second-to-last DLC coming to Fallout 4 , is set to release at 7 p.m. EDT on July 25. Remember that Vault-Tec Workshop, like the other DLC packs before it, will not automatically download, so you’ll have to take action if you want to get gaming as soon as possible. Check the game file details on your console of choice and you'll see a notification when it's ready to install.

To download and install the Vault-Tec Workshop Fallout 4 DLC, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have the latest patch for Fallout 4

2. According to Steam Database, the file size for Vault-Tec Workshop is just under 500MB, so make sure you have the hard drive space for it as well

3. On PS4, go to the ‘New Release’ section of the DLC menu

4. On Xbox One or Steam, find the Fallout 4 store page

5. If you don’t have the Season Pass, you will have to purchase Vault-Tec Workshop separately for $4.99

6. Begin your download

Once installed, load up Fallout 4 and go to the “Add Ons” option in the main menu. Select Vault-Tec Workshop, and you’re good to go! In order to start the Vault-Tec Workshop quest, you must be at least level 20, and you’ll have to tune your radio to the Vault 88 broadcast. Keep that in mind if you can’t find the quests immediately. If you have done all that, check your quest log to find out where to go next.
