Stranger Things 3: The Game, through En Masse Entertainment, conducted a Twitch stream and revealed that it hit its largest audience with 160,000 views and peaked at 8,000 concurrents. En Masse got assistance from Codices, who is known for its Quiz Kit game show extension.
During the three-hour stream, En Masse ran a total of five live quizzes and offered game keys as prizes for the top players. This was in addition to the Stranger Things: The Game stream, which lasted for an hour. For the quiz, En Masses tested the audience on th their knowledge of the two previous seasons of the hit show Stranger Things.
In a statement, En Masse Associate Product Manager Sofia Lillo said that the Quiz Kit allowed them to offer something far more engaging compared to the prize raffles it had done before. She added that the recently concluded "live interactive quiz shows were a huge success with our Twitch audience, generating our highest concurrent views and over 160,000 viewers across the show, so we’re now looking at the next opportunity to integrate them into our next big event stream."
Codices CEO Tim Edwards said that “[i]t was great to see Quiz Kit drive record levels of engagement for Stranger Things 3 and to see our tech used as a refreshing alternative to the traditional prize raffle mechanic."

Stranger Things 3: The Game was recently released and serves as the official companion to the hit original Netflix series. In the game, fans can play through familiar events from the series, while also being able to uncover new quests and even character interactions. This results in players experiencing nostalgic fun while offering a fresh new twist.
