Your Sims can now take up Baking and Photography as hobbies. There are multiple levels worth of training for your Sims before you master the skill. However, if you don’t feel like waiting to get the Piece of Cake and Picture Perfect achievements, here are the cheats you’re looking for, according to Sims Online:
Max Baking Skill: stats.set_skill_level Major_Baking 10
Max Photography Skill: stats.set_skill_level Major_Photography 5
In order to activate the cheat, first open the Cheat Console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C. One the cheat window is open, type in either of the above code as is to max out the skill. If you don’t want to max out the skill, you can change the number at the end to adjust the level you want. For example, if you want your Sim to reach level 4 of the Baking skill, type in stats.set_skill_level Major_Baking 4. The Photography Skill only has five levels before you max out the skill.
You can level up your Baking skill by reading a book, using a stove to Bake a recipe or using the new Cupcake Factory to Bake Pastries. For the Photograhpy Skill, your Sim can read a book, take photos or selfies using their phone or digital camera, or take pictures at a Photo Studio, which also earns your Sims some extra cash.
Opening a Bakery:
Running a Bakery only requires to thing: a cash register and some goods to sell, according to Sims Online. You’ll need to prepare baked goods to sell in your store or purchase some food from the Buy Mode. You will also need to build a kitchen in your Bakery to cook food and replenish your stock.
You will be able to control which items you sell in the Bakery by clicking the item and marking it For Sale. To open your store, you’ll need to click the Cash Register and select “Open Store.” Everything from the employees you hire to the prices you set on products is customizable in the store.
Opening a Photography Studio:
Setting up the studio is just like opening any other retail store in the game. You’ll need a cash register and some photography equipment as well as photos to sell. You can purchase three different digital cameras: Barely Better Digital Camera, Crystal Clear Digital Camera and the Appreciably Average Digital Camera. The more you spend on a camera, the better quality your photos will be. You can hang photos in your studio to sell and charge Sims for taking their photos.
