Y7S4.2 Mid-Season Patch Notes Ubisoft

Rainbow Six Siege post-launch support has been going on for seven straight years, and it’s nowhere near ending, with developer Ubisoft releasing another update a few hours ago. Patch Y7S4.2 doesn’t bring any new content but it features many balancing changes and bug fixes.

GIGN attacker operator, Twitch, has received one more regular drone, meaning she now has four drones: two normal and two special. Her Primary Weapon, F2, will now be more difficult to control as the Vertical Grip attachment has been removed. Grim received a much-needed buff as his Commando 552 weapon now has access to 1.5x and 2.0x sights.

The Extended Barrel has also received a major buff. Equipping it will now result in a 15% damage bonus. You can read the highlights of the update below.
