Rainbow Six Siege's latest patch makes some controversial changes. The patch is focused on operator balancing and bug fixes. The update only went live on the Test Server and developers were quick to remind players that nothing is permanent. The live build changes could differ from the current one.

The highlight of the update is definitely Jager. The roaming god has been getting some unwanted attention, so developers have decided to make Jager a 2-speed/2-armor operator to hopefully reduce his pick ratio. Buck's Skeleton Key Magazine Size has been increased, but his Frag Grenades are replaced by a Claymore. Mozzie lost his Super Shorty shotgun and the TCSG12 shotgun damage has been reduced to 55. Ying received a major buff, and she now has one more Candela (a total of four now) and her Claymore is replaced by Smoke Grenades. Her T-95 LSW's damage is increased by three points. The barricade rubberbanding issue has also been fixed. All the changes can be read below or on the official Reddit post.
