Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is launching on Steam this August 8. This means that PC players now have a new way to experience the game. It was first released back in January 2024 and made available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. This was also available for PC though Steam was not included.
In the game, players take on the role Sargon, a young, eager and passionate Persian warrior who grew up in the streets. He has fought himself into the ranks of the Immortals, the elite guard of Persian royalty and kingdom. After a close but heroic victory over the invading Kushan army, it seems that the prince of Persia, Ghassan, has been abducted during the celebrations.
The Immortals, which included Sargon, follow the trail of the traitor to Mount Qaf. It's a mysterious place that's full of deadly traps and home to a very strange time curse. As the elite warriors split up in their search, it is up to the players to save the heir of the Persian kingdom.
