Enjoy Big Games When Prime Day Returns on July 12

Prime Day returns this year from July 12 to July 13. Amazon Prime members are sure to love the fact that they can get more free games. They can claim at least 30 free games during Prime Day.

That's not all! From June 21 to July 13, Prime members can begin freeloading more than 25 free indie games. These include both past favorites and first-time releases like Death Squared, Fatal Fury Special, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, Gone Viral, HUE, Metal Slug 2, Pumped BMX Pro, Samurai Shodown II, The Darkside Detective, and The King of Fighters 2002.

Crown Channel

On July 9 at 7:00 p.m. EDT, Prime members can watch Ultimate Crown on Prime Video or Twitch. This gaming event has an all-star line-up of gamers and streamers battling live in Las Vegas at the HyperX Arena. Prime members have a chance to attend in person or join in live chats for a chance to win exclusive giveaways and gifted subs. More details on this event to be shared soon.

Amazon Luna

Aside from the free games, Prime members interested in Luna can enjoy an exclusive offer. From June 20 to July 13, the Luna Controller is going to be available at a discounted price of $39.99.

Amazon Luna allows players to stream games on devices that they own without those lengthy downloads or updates, expensive hardware, or even complicated configurations. There are different channels available in Luna, which give players access to multiple genres, ensuring that there's always something to play.

Free Games

To get the free games on Prime Day, interested players can register as a member here. It's $5.99 per month though there's a 7-day free trial. One of the games available this year is none other than the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. It has the single-player base games and more than 40 DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3.

Other games in this year’s Prime Day include GRID Legends, Need for Speed Heat, Star Wars Jedi Knight — Jedi Academy, Star Wars Jedi Knight II — Jedi Outcast, and Star Wars Republic Commando.
