This visually updated version of the original is set to be released on April 30 for the PC and will be launched on Battle.net. This version is available for $19.99, and those who pre-purchase immediately gets the Underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered offers the full story experienc with updated high-definition visuals along with the newest audio enhancements. Key PC features include 4K resolution, ultrawide monitor support, and uncapped framerate. This means players can instantly join into the action while getting the best visual fidelity.
For those not familiar with the original version, Modern Warfare 2 lets players control Task Force 141. They get to meet the likes of Captain John Price, Gary “Roach” Sanderson, and Simon “Ghost” Riley. The team needs to prevent a possible nuclear war as ultranationalists have apparently seized control of the Russian Federation.
Free Bundle
Those who pre-purchase this version get the Underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle for free. The Bundle adds new content that players can instantly use. These are for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Multiplayer, Special Ops, and Warzone.
The Bundle also comes with the UDT Ghost Operator skin. This turns Ghost into a version similar to the one in the Modern Warfare 2 mission “The Only Easy Day… Was Yesterday.” It also lets players unlock these:
