Phantom Breaker: Omnia is launching worldwide March 15 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

In the game, a mysterious man named the Phantom works from the shadows to pit powerful fighters against each other in a perpetual battle. He gives them mystical weapons known as “Fu-mension Artifacts” and offers to the winner the ultimate prize, which is a wish. What the fighters don’t know is that their fights shake the fabric of space-time itself, resulting in the barriers between parallel universes weakening. It’s all a plot of the Phantom so that he can get back his destructive powers and the end of the world.

Phantom Breaker: Omnia features all the fighters of Phantom Breaker: Extra along with two new ones. There’s a remixed soundtrack, a new fighting style called Omnia, and balancing adjustments. Players can also look forward to experiencing the stories of the original Phantom Breaker game and Phantom Breaker: Extra.

New Fighters

Two new fighters will join the roster when the game officially launches. This will bring the roster to a total of 20 playable characters.

The first character is the Artifactor, a capricious cosmic architect who is a member of the Reverants. These are god-like beings said to be one of the original creators of the universe. In fact, the “Fu-mension Artifacts” were tools of her design. She is said to be the only remaining Reverant in existence. In the game, she is voiced by Yui Nakajima (Japanese) and Cassandra Lee Morris (English).

The second character is the Maestra. She once lived in Mikoto's Fu-mension Artifact known as Maestro. It was Mikoto's wish not to fight that made her manifest into being. She’s naïve and even a bit clumsy when outside of battle. However, she fights on behalf of Mikoto and is not afraid to show her love for her mistress. Ever the protective fighter, she makes sure to always stay close to Mikoto. She is voiced in the game by Mai Sato (Japanese) and Xanthe Huynh (English).

In a statement, producer SakariP revealed that it has been a long journey and they are thrilled to show the two new characters. On behalf of the development team, he hopes that this game can meet the expectations of Phantom Breaker fans.
