Update 1.4.4g for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is here. This patch adds an option that disables Sink or Swim mode in the game.

Sink or Swim mode in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is sort of like the Last Azlanti mode, where every death is permanent. This mode is available once players start with the Treasure of the Midnight Isles DLC. Although players can make saves using Abyssal anchors, the game can only be saved at certain checkpoints and will be deleted upon death. In the recent patch, there’s a new option that allows players to disable Sink or Swim mode, giving them the ability to save the game at any time they like.

In addition, Update 1.4.4g brought plenty of bug fixes. For instance, the issue where it was possible to deal infinite amounts of damage to enemies by combining certain items and abilities has been resolved.
