Path of Exile Patch 3.15.2: Brings Improvements to Expedition and More

Path of Exile will have a new update tomorrow or later this week. It will bring improvements to Expedition, as well as a slew of bug fixes.

Expedition Improvements

One of the biggest improvements coming is that Expedition vendors will offer item-level 86 goodies in their shops. This means that if you are planning to complete your endgame gear, you can do so by grinding out the Expedition league mechanic.

Another great improvement is that if you are presented by Rog with an option to remove modifiers with the lowest modifier level from your items, an item popup will show you the possible modifiers that will be removed.

Rog will also give you an option to corrupt your item with a high chance of rolling some corruption Implicits. This is ideal if you are looking for the best possible implicit rolls on a Headhunter belt, for example.

General Improvements

Those who were using Instilling Orbs to get the Flask enchantments they want will be happy to know that GGG is adding new crafting bench recipes for specific Flash enchantments in the upcoming update.

The crafting recipes may still require Instilling Orbs, but because crafting bench recipes are 100% absolute, you no longer have to worry about wasting a lot of them to get your desired Flash enchantment.

The devs will also implement a way for you to remove enchantments from an item via your crafting bench. This will be available right off the bat.

Notable Changes

EXPEDITION IMPROVEMENTS
  • Rog’s offer to apply a random Quality type to an item will now apply 10 to 20% Quality (previously 1 to 20%). This option is no longer offered for items that already have Quality.
  • Rog’s offers to apply random Incubators, Quality types, or Anointments to items are now cheaper.
  • The price of some items offered by Tujen has been reduced (mainly those that were priced in the thousands).
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS
  • Monsters with the Hexfont Nemesis Modifier no longer inflict Silence.
  • Monsters that cast Curses now have global cooldowns to prevent multiple of the same monster repeatedly cursing players.
BUG FIXES
  • Fixed a bug where Implicit attribute modifiers would block Explicit attribute modifiers from rolling on specific basetypes.
  • Fixed a bug where storing items in the Expedition or Heist Lockers using Affinities would sometimes tell you it failed as the Locker did not have enough space for the item, even though storing them was successful.
  • Fixed two instance crashes.
  • Fixed two client crashes.
