Blizzard recently released a small update that tweaks several heroes in the game. These changes are part of the Experimental Mode. Blizzard first announced this mode back in January. The developer claimed that they will make aggressive changes in order to change the meta of Overwatch matches.

All of these changes are either buffs or nerfs for several heroes. Blizzard's aim with this Experimental mode is to balance the game faster. The tweaks made in the game will be frequent and will throw players off from the existing meta. Be sure to check out our previous article regarding the Experimental Mode.

As mentioned above, the update is focused on balancing issues. Baptiste got a small buff as his Exo Boots charge time is reduced from 1 to 0.7 seconds and Regenerative Burst cooldown is now 13 seconds instead of 15. D.Va received a small nerf as her boosters' cooldown is increased to 4 seconds. Mei’s ice-wall cooldown has increased to 13 seconds and Soldier: 76’s helix rocket cooldown is decreased to 8 seconds.
