Nintendo is preparing for another presentation at E3 2017, and while it will focus on the upcoming Nintendo Switch game, Super Mario Odyssey, some avid fans have already figured out how long exactly the upcoming presentation will last.

The Nintendo Switch subreddit discovered on the official Nintendo E3 website that the presentation will be one hour long. All they did was head over to the E3 page and pressed the “Add to Calendar” button. This will add the event to your digital calendar of choice and reveal that the E3 presentation is scheduled to go for just one hour.

Supposedly, the Nintendo E3 2017 presentation will only be an hour.

While this one-hour presentation doesn’t seem like much, Nintendo has hosted plenty of pre-produced presentations and have covered a wide range of titles and shown plenty of gameplay and trailers in a short amount of time. Of course, the presentation could go longer (or shorter) than one hour, but for Nintendo’s website to set the schedule makes it a safe bet that it’ll last around that length of time.

Last year’s presentation was about the same length with the Nintendo Treehouse Live airing afterwards, showing off gameplay and interviews with developers. This year will be mostly the same.

So what can fans expect at this year’s show?

Super Mario Odyssey will be the focus of this year’s event, and fans should anticipate plenty of new footage and details regarding the story and features. Nintendo also promises to show upcoming titles, both announced and unannounced.

The fighting game, Arms, will release for the Switch a week after E3, so expect some last-minute details on the upcoming game and there’s a tournament being held at the show. Splatoon 2 will be the next big game, releasing in July, with new details and other features likely being revealed.

Third-party games like NBA 2K18 and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will also get some time in the Nintendo spotlight and hopefully fans will get more information on what to expect in the second half of 2017 and beyond.

If you want to catch the Nintendo E3 2017 presentation, the direct will begin at 12 p.m. EST on Nintendo’s multiple social outlets like its YouTube and Twitch channels.

iDigitalTimes will be at E3 2017 covering the event and Nintendo’s presentation so be sure to keep checking back for the latest.

So what do you think will be shown at this year’s show? What do you hope is shown during Nintendo’s presentation? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
