New ‘Justice League’ Photo Shows Off Cyborg’s Gear

We’ve seen a decent amount of Batman, The Flash, Wonder Woman and Aquaman in photos and teasers from Justice League, but the most we’ve seen of Cyborg was in his cameo in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. This new Justice League photo changes that. Cyborg stands with Aquaman and Wonder Woman on some sort of wet vessel. The most exciting part is seeing something that appears to resemble his sonic cannon on his left arm, as seen in Teen Titans. The weapon can work similar to Black Canary’s sonic scream, being used to ring enemies’ ears or deliver blasts.

We saw Cyborg’s new body in the making in Dawn of Justice, and now we see his full Transformers-style get up. While it doesn’t exactly match the tone of the comics, this is 2017 and the costume needs to look high tech. Cyborg's father created his body using a Mother Box, as seen in the files Batman got from Lex Luthor in Dawn of Justice. The alien artifact fused with Victor, saving his life and making him a Cyborg.

As for the location of this shot, it could be on some sort of Atlantean craft considering the wet ground. However, if you look closely, the background kind of looks like buildings not clouds, suggesting it could even be an Apokoliptian ship. What do you think? Let us know in the comments and check out the movie synopsis below. Justice League releases Nov. 17, 2017.

In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
