After weeks of speculation and reports out of Japan, Bandai Namco has confirmed that the Road to Boruto expansion for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 will be re-released physically on Feb. 3.

The retail price of the physical re-release of Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 with the Road to Boruto expansion will be $49.99 for PS4 and Xbox One with the digital Road to Boruto release going for $19.99 on PS4, Xbox One and Steam.

The Road to Boruto expansion will include a new adventure featuring the son of Naruto and Hinata, Boruto, in a story that mirrors that of Boruto: Naruto the Movie , which was released in 2015. In addition to the new story mode, Road to Boruto will also include new playable characters for both offline and online Free Battle Mode and new fighting styles for Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha in their Hokage Naruto and Adult Sasuke costumes.

The inclusion of new Naruto and Sasuke movesets were revealed in the latest Weekly Shonen Jump and will likely bring new skills and ultimate attacks to Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.

It was not made clear whether the physical re-release of Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 will include the past DLC but we reached out to Bandai Namco for clarification and we will update as soon as we learn more.
