‘Injustice 2’ New Character Reveal Coming During DC All Access Livestream

The release of Injustice 2 is so close and Warner Bros. Entertainment will help with the wait by broadcasting a special livestream focusing on the fighting game with a new character reveal and exclusive gameplay.

On Friday, April 28 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST, the special Injustice 2 live event will be streamed from Machinima Studios in Los Angeles and will host a bevy of special guests from DC Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios.

Echo Kellum, star of The CW’s Arrow, DC Entertainment Publisher Jim Lee,Nerdist News host Jessica Chobot, Machinima host Chloe Dykstra, and legendary programmer and NetherRealm Studios Creative Director Ed Boon are all set to appear.

Of course, a new Injustice 2 character reveal is a big deal, but Injustice 2 writer Tom Taylor will also discuss the prequel comic and possibly give some hints as to what fans can expect when they play the Injustice 2 story for the first time.

The official Injustice 2 website sort of confirmed the fighting game will have about 38 characters with 28 characters coming at launch. At the time of this writing, 27 have been confirmed. This means that the upcoming DC All Access stream could give fans the final Injustice 2 character at launch.

Injustice 2 will release on May 16.
