Ubisoft announced some exciting news for Hyper Scape fans during the company's second Ubisoft Forward digital presentation, revealing that the Battle Royale is getting a new limited-time event called Turbo Mode. In the presentation, the developer showed off the Turbo Mode and it seems that Hyper Scape is going to get even more fast-paced in the coming days.

Even though Battle Royale games are really fun to play, they can turn stale very soon. This is why having some fun events like limited-time modes keep the game feeling fresh. It isn't just Hyper Scape that is introducing a limited-time mode, other popular battle royale games like Fortnite and Apex Legends have also been diligent about having at least one or two limited-time game modes every season.

When Turbo Mode drops on September 15, all items present in the game will be at the max level, health will regenerate at an increased speed, and the ring will close faster than before. Having all weapons at max level will put everyone at the same level, and players who exhibit the highest skill will most likely win the game. However, players won't necessarily have to wipe out every other player from the map to secure a win. Holding onto the crown for 45 seconds will also result in a win.

There's no denying that Ubisoft's Battle Royale game hasn't gained a similar momentum as other BR games like Fall Guys and Apex Legends. However, Ubisoft is determined to support the player base and make Hyper Scape more desirable to come back to game after game, as well as winning over potential new players by introducing exciting events like the Turbo Mode.

Hyper Scape players won't want to miss out playing the mode as it isn't going to be around forever. Also, for new players who have been thinking about giving the game a shot, this is the right time to do so.

Hyper Scape is free to play on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game will also launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S later this year.
