Halo Infinite is the first Halo game coming to Xbox and PC on the same date, no more gatekeeping. If you don’t have an Xbox, you can play it on PC. However, you have to make sure that your PC can run this new game.

The developer, 343 Industries, has revealed the official PC system requirements. They are quite reasonable. The game will run on older hardware, however, you need a higher-end PC to play it on a higher setting.

You will need Windows 10 64-bit for sure, anything older than that won’t work. Around 50 GB of free storage space is also recommended. But it’s not mentioned if the HDD requirement is for SP mode, MP mode, or both. Check the details below.

  • OS: Windows 10 RS3 x64
  • Processor: AMD FX-8370 or Intel i5-4440
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: AMD RX 570 or Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 50 GB available space

  • OS: Windows 10 19H2 x64

More detailed system requirements are mentioned on the official Steam page. You can also pre-order the campaign of the game for $59.99. The multiplayer part will be free-to-play for everyone. You can also play the game on the first day for a low price if you have an active subscription to Xbox Game Pass.
