If you love creating well-made content or want to expand your exposure as a content creator, then this may be your year! Garena proudly launched a refreshed community partnership program that empowers talented League of Legends content creators to create innovative content, while providing more extensive channels and exposure for content creators to host their creations on.

These are the basic requirements in order to be part of the program:

  • A League account in good standing and with a verified email address
  • At least 30% (based on total hours) of your content is League of Legends related

For Partner Tiering Eligibility, here are the criteria for qualifying to the next tier:

  • Bronze
    • # of Followers/Subscribers - >1k; <50k
    • Average Engagement per Content - >200; <10k
    • Frequency of Content Creation - Once a month
  • Silver
    • # of Followers/Subscribers - >50k; <100k
    • Average Engagement per Content - >10k; <20k
    • Frequency of Content Creation - Twice a month
  • Gold
    • # of Followers/Subscribers - >100k; <200k
    • Average Engagement per Content - >20k; <30k
    • Frequency of Content Creation - Thrice a month
  • Diamond
    • # of Followers/Subscribers - >200k
    • Average Engagement per Content - >30k
    • Frequency of Content Creation - 4 times a month

Additional important reminders for those who want to apply to the League of Legends Partnership Program are:

  • To qualify for the next tier, content creators need to meet at least 2 out of 3 requirements of the next tier
  • There is a possibility for a content creator to drop a tier if he/she is not able to maintain the required criteria in a particular tier
  • For item (a), this is cumulative. I.e. if # of followers on FB + # of subscribers on YT > stipulated number, it is then considered to meet the requirement
  • For item (b), only content which is at least 1 month old will be considered. This is to give ample time for the content to garner sufficient views before it is taken into account
  • For item (c), content created must be related to League of Legends
  • Checkpoints will be carried out at the end of every quarter to evaluate partners’ eligibility and tiering on this program

So what do you get as a Partner? Well, you can look forward to these perks:

  • Monthly in-game incentives - RP and Skins. The amount of each depends on the partnership tiering that you are in
  • Content featured on our social media platforms and official channels
  • Partner profile feature to further provide exposure to the audience

More details on partner perks are shared with shortlisted partners. Confirmation emails with additional details are expected to be sent to the shortlisted partners by the first week of August. For those interested to registering, they can proceed here. Registration closes on July 12.
