Galahad 3093: Novice Player Matchmaking Pool and Changes to Economy Implemented in Game's First Update

Update 1
Update 1 Steam

Galahad 3093 is a PvP mech hero shooter now available on Steam. The early access title received its first major update recently which brought some nice features and changes.

One of the things added in Galahad 3093’s first update is the novice player matchmaking pool. Players can now hop into some PvP action right after they’ve finished live practice. However, this is only available for those who are under Level 12.

This patch implemented some changes to the economy as well. For one, Unlock Points (UP) are now awarded every match. Players will get two UP for a win and one UP for a loss or a tie.

In addition, the cost of unlocking every Lance variant has been reduced. For those who don’t know, Lance in Galahad 3093 is basically the mech that players are piloting when they play. That said, the early Lance Variants have their costs reduced significantly, with some being offered as low as one to three Unlock Points. This change allows players to experiment with different Lance Variants so that they can decide which type of mech they prefer to use long term.

Update 1 brought other changes as well, some of which can be found below:
