Flash Party is coming out of early access and officially launching on January 10. But that's not the only reason why players should be excited because there's also the "Stardust Warriors" Update 1.0 launching on the same date. It's set to introduce a new hero along with battle royale modes.
The new hero is Cookie and Can, who's technically a duo. Eagle-eyed players are sure to recognize this feline fighter during the sneak peek video for S-17 a while back. Cookie joins the fight with the combat mech known as Can. In addition to the two having a unique Enhanced Grab and Throw, their horizontal skills not only can cover most of the range in front of them but also at any other angle they choose. As the vehicle for Cookie, Can comes equipped with a charge gun. The more the gun is charged, the more power and damage are generated. It can be fully charged for a total of four times.
Overall, Cookie and Can are great for those who prefer medium- to long-distance fights. The powerful attacks combined with their excellent survivability makes them a force to be reckoned with in the arena.
Get Ready for Battle Royale
There's also a new mode going live when the update arrives. Known as Party Royale, it has positive response from players during the early-stage Lab Mode. This new mode allows for single-player battles for up to 10 players. There's no question that it's a massive map battle mode with classic battle royale mechanics.
The gameplay is players are randomly dropped on a dangerous jungle with a zone that's slowly shrinking. Players can improve their strength either by beating opponents to get dropped items and buffs, or by hunting for chests. Players can also hide in bushes or use different springboards and take enemies by surprise.

Flash Party is a multi-platform free-to-play fighting game available for wishlisting on Steam. If the number of players that wishlist the game reach 10,000, everyone gets Coin x100, Lumi Chest x1, and Exclusive Emote x1.
