The Dragonsong’s Reprise (Ultimate) raid is now available in Final Fantasy XIV. Patch 6.1.1 also brings balancing changes and PvP adjustments to certain classes, including the Gunbreaker, Black Mage, and Reaper.

For those unfamiliar with Final Fantasy XIV’s endgame content, ultimate raids are the hardest dungeons to overcome. The Dragonsong’s Reprise (Ultimate) is the latest in the game, and it requires players to be at Magic Level 90 or become a Disciple of War.

Moreover, players must speak with the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan after completing Asphodelos: The Fourth Circle (Savage) to unlock the raid. Those up for the challenge must then form a party of eight and access the Dragonsong’s Reprise (Ultimate) raid via the Raid Finder.

In addition to the new endgame content, FFXIV Patch 6.1.1 brings balancing changes to some classes. The Gunbreaker, for example, has received some substantial buffs. Their Double Down ability has its potency increased to 12,000 in PvP. Rough Divide now increases the Gunbreaker’s movement speed as well.

For Black Mages, Superflare now affects targets even when the caster does not have a direct line of sight, so long as they’re within the area of effect.
