If you’re excited about Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, then prepare to be excited even further. Square Enix just revealed more details about Yuffie Kisaragi and even gave a peek at the English voice cast. This game is the expanded and enhanced version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake developed for PlayStation 5.
Yuffie Kisaragi arrives in this version of the game through FF7R EPISODE INTERmission. She won’t be arriving alone as this new episode is also bringing Sonon Kusakabe, Zhijie, Nayo, Billy Bob, and Polk.

In this episode, Yuffie is on a mission to steal what may be the most powerful materia possessed by the Shinra Electric Power Company. Yuffie is good in both close and long-range combat. As part of Wutai's elite corps of ninja operatives, she displays a rather distinct playstyle that lets her throw a massive throwing star at her opponents. During this time, she can also attack using long-range ninjutsu which is augmented with her Elemental Ninjutsu ability.
Yuffie has two abilities that players can look forward to:
- Banishment
- She releases an attack that deals more damage based on how Active Time Battle (ATB) was spent before it.
- This is similar to the ninjutsu attacks that she uses with her throwing star.
- She can change its elemental affinity through Elemental Ninjutsu.
- Windstorm
- Creates a damaging gust of wind that damages nearby enemies and launches them towards her.

For those curious, Square Enix revealed that the English voice cast for this new episode includes:

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade takes advantage of what the PS5 console can offer. Players who already have Final Fantasy 7 Remake on PS4 can download a free PS5 enhancement update. However, PS4 players need to buy the new episode that features Yuffie.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is set to be released on June 10, 2021. It will come in both Standard and Digital Deluxe editions.
