Time to up your fashion game. Drest

If you’re a mobile game about the fashion industry, it goes without saying that having a fashion icon would amp things up. That’s what’s going to happen in Drest. For two weeks beginning March 28, none other than fashion legend Kate Moss joins the game as its first guest avatar.

Players are invited to style Kate Moss using pieces from the supermodel’s collaboration with Parisian fine jewelry house Messika, along with clothes and accessories from more than 250 luxury brands available in Drest including Gucci, Bottega Veneta, and Loewe. The Messika by Kate Moss collection, in particular, was co-designed by Valérie Messika and Kate Moss.

For the duration of the event, players get to use one Messika by Kate Moss piece in each photoshoot, which is free for all players to use exclusively in Kate’s dedicated styling challenges. The Messika Haute Joaillerie collection features necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and hairpieces. In addition, Messika is rewarding one Drest stylist with a Baby Move pendant in white gold. The winning stylist is to be chosen by Kate herself, as she picks one favorite look from all the challenge entries.

In a statement, Kate Moss shared that it was incredible to see her avatar in the game. She added that she enjoyed being part of the creative process like what she did for Messika. The pieces she created with Valérie Messika, she continued, worked well in the game, and hopefully, it brings this collection to a new audience. Moss ended by saying she is excited to see how players style her.

Meanwhile, Messika Founder and Artistic Director Valérie Messika revealed that she is looking forward to seeing players do the Messika challenge and how they’re going to style supermodel Kate Moss. She said that for her, it has always been important that people experiment with fine jewelry the way they do with fashion. According to Messika, fine jewelry should not intimidate and there have been no rules that diamonds can’t be occasional wear.
