In the Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X scan you can see unfamiliar faces of different races. There are the Majins, Friezas, Androids, Nameks, Kais and Saiyans who look a lot like Goku Black from Dragon Ball Super.

What does this mean? It’s hard to say, but perhaps fans will be going to different universes and exploring planets and meeting brand new characters created for the game. Or maybe there’s a tournament that you’ll be competing in.

WIth the release date set in April, more details on this new Dragon Ball game will likely be revealed soon and if it’s anything like the last Dragon Ball 3DS game, Dragon Ball Fusions, it will come to North America later this year.

Dragon Ball Fusions , also published by Bandai Namco, allowed for players to control their character and fuse with anyone from the Dragon Ball universe in new and interesting way. Fusions released in November in North America.
