Counter-Strike: Global Offensive just got some love from Valve with a minor patch yesterday. The update brought several tweaks to three maps, namely, Crete, Iris, and Ember. No other changes were made to the game.

The map, Crete, received the least amount of changes. The planks on the dropdown route have been raised and one of the windows at top of the mid has been blocked. The window through the site has been lowered and a new sun angle is created. Several pixel boosts and bomb stuck spots have been fixed as well.

The Iris map received many changes. It now features new radar images and callout place names. Some of the clutter around the map has been removed and the frame rate has been increased. You can read about what developers changed in Ember below.

  • Lowered window through site.
  • Blocked one of the windows at top of mid.
