Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, the highly anticipated sequel to the massively popular free-to-play battle royale shooter, is now available on all supported platforms.

Welcome to the DMZ

One of Warzone 2.0’ s highlights is the DMZ - a new 66-man, trios-based game mode where players will be thrust into the dangerous Al Mazrah Exclusion Zone. Here, players can complete Faction Missions to help them get acquainted with the game and its new features.

Players are free to explore Al Mazrah however they like. They can acquire weapons from places such as the police station, military outpost, or even the hospital.

Speaking of weapons, players will begin their exploration with some “Contraband Weapons.” These are guns that can be looted from the field or acquired from other players and can only be used while in the DMZ.

Players who are looking for an alternate way of collecting guns may want to try the DMZ out. That’s because any contraband weapon they’ve acquired in the said game mode unlocks the base weapon in Gunsmith, which is usable in Battle Royale and Multiplayer.

Get Behind My Back

Call of Duty has always been about the first-person shooter experience but Warzone 2.0 changes that by adding the ability to play the game in a third-person view. This is a great feature, especially for those who prefer seeing more of what’s happening on the battlefield.
