Fans of the Call of Duty franchise will soon get their hands on the latest installment. Activision has finally announced the beta schedule of Call of Duty Vanguard. So, if you can’t wait for the actual release date, feel free to try out the title in its early state.

Beta Schedule

PlayStation 4 and 5 players who pre-ordered the game can play the beta from September 10 to 13. Players who pre-ordered the game on other platforms like Xbox and PC can try the beta from September 16 to 17.

If you won’t pre-order the game, then that’s okay too. An open beta for all platforms will begin on September 18 and will end on September 20.

The developer has also released the official PC system requirements for Call of Duty Vanguard. Surprisingly, they are quite reasonable as you won’t need a killer PC to enjoy the game in all its glory. The requirements are mentioned below:

Unlike last year, Call of Duty Vanguard will have some tough competition this time. Several FPS games are releasing in the fourth quarter of 2021, including its main competitor Battlefield 2042. Another behemoth title like Halo Infinite will also launch in December. There are a few more similar games that can take the shine away from COD Vanguard. These include Dying Light 2: Stay Human, Crysis Remastered Trilogy, and Far Cry 6.

So what do you think? Are you excited about Call of Duty Vanguard? Or are you more interested in Battlefield 2042? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
