Brotato: Update 0.6.0.7 Adds New Quality of Life Features and Balancing Changes

Update 0.6.0.7 for Brotato is now available on PC. This patch brings plenty of quality-of-life features that can be beneficial to you.

The first QoL change of note is that there’s a new option that lets you highlight enemy projectiles. This makes dodging enemy fire easier because they’re more discernible now.

Another new feature worth mentioning is that you can now stop Brotato from pausing automatically when the game loses focus.

On top of that, you can also enable the feature where the game mutes itself when it loses focus. This is a good one as it helps you concentrate on other media when you’re idling in Brotato for a moment.

This patch also brings a ton of balancing changes. For one, the effects of Danger II and Danger IV have been replaced with “elites and hordes appear” and “more elites and hordes appear,” respectively. Moreover, Shuriken’s crit damage is increased to x1.5.

  • Crown: price decreased, tier IV > III, +10 Harvesting > +0, +10% Harvesting interests > +8%
  • Coupon: -6% Item Price > -5%
  • Hunting Trophy: 50% chance to gain 1 material on crit kill > 33%
  • Alien Baby: +5% Enemy Speed > +8%
  • Snail: -10% Enemy Speed > -5%, -5% Speed > -3%, price reduced
