Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is bringing something cute with the World of Sanrio. The Sanrio Characters Collection 2021 starts March 11 and lasts until May 9. During this event, players can expect Sanrio character-themed items to arrive at their campsites. Even while enjoying the game under the “great outdoors” settings, players can still enjoy Sanrio-themed surprises.
Sanrio Event
Here are the main features of this new event:
- Players who play the game during the event period receive a free Sanrio Characters clock by tapping the gift icon.
- Players can redeem Leaf Tickets for one new Sanrio-themed fortune cookie at the Fortune Cookie Shop.
- Each fortune cookie provides players one of 10 different Sanrio items.
- Players can craft Sanrio gifts to send to their friends, which randomly reward friends with one of several special Sanrio character-themed uchiwa fans.
- There are different fans to collect that include, among others, Cinnamoroll, Hello Kitty, and Aggretsuko.
That’s not all. From March 25 to May 9, players can also enjoy more Sanrio character-themed content. Players can expect the return of rewards from the first Sanrio Characters Collection event back in 2019, which include Hello Kitty, My Melody, Little Twin Stars, Keroppi, Cinnamoroll, and Pompompurin.
March Events
In addition to the Sanrio Characters Collection 2021, players can still enjoy the usual activities launched each month. For March, enjoy spring-related activities like:
- Seasonal Event: Sprigs-of-Spring Spree
- Collect spring clover sprigs to earn a clover-covered swing.
- Fishing Tourney (Shamrock)
- Catch special tourney fish, such as green boxfish and green octopus, and earn a shamrock dessert table, shamrock balloon arch, and lucky leprechaun gnome.
- Scavenger Hunt: Groovy Grub Scavenger Hunt
- Collect cream soda gyroidite and earn a groovy café counter, far-out refrigerator, and retro diner display.
- New Fortune Cookie: Daisy’s berry cookie
- Daisy’s cookies are truly a “berry” delicious treat.
- Each cookie contains a single item that includes a very-berry staircase, very-berry canopy bed, and very-berry rug.
- New Clothing Collection: Far-Out Fashion Collection
- Players can craft items in this collection that includes a groovy green dress, orange shirt with ascot, and pink-headband bob wig.
