We’re almost ready to start the Royal Rumble 2016 pay-per-view, so make sure you get your bets in! If the betting lines have anything to say about who will walk away the WWE World Heavyweight Champion on Sunday night, then the smart money is on Triple H.

There are really only four wrestlers getting favorable betting odds right now, according to Bovada. While Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar and Bray Wyatt are somewhat reasonable bets, Triple H is the guy with the best odds. Pretty much every other wrestler’s odds are in the “pipe dream” category, so that should narrow down who will likely win on Sunday.

As for the other matches on the card for Royal Rumble, Bovada has Alberto Del Rio as a favorite to retain the US Championship over Kalisto. Dean Ambrose is favored to retain the Intercontinental Championship belt over Kevin Owens as well.

Bovada doesn’t seem to have information regarding the Tag Team or Divas Championship matches, so no word on New Day versus Usos or Charlotte versus Becky Lynch.

As for other interesting betting odds for Royal Rumble 2016, the website oddschecker has Roman Reigns as the favorite to have the most eliminations this year. This makes sense, seeing as how Reigns is confirmed to be the first entrant into the match. There’s also the 7/2 chance that a female will make an appearance as any of the entrants for the Rumble. Take that as you will.

Unfortunately for me, my personal pick of Kofi Kingston doesn’t seem like a very smart bet. As of right now, every dollar you could bet on Kingston will return you $125. That seems like a longshot with those odds.

So what do you think? Who would you bet on to be the Royal Rumble 2016 winner? Who do you hope wins regardless of the odds? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
