It’s Xur day, Destiny fans!

This week, Xur can be found standing in Tower North

With Christmas just around the corner, many Destiny fans are going to be busy this weekend. But not so busy that they don’t have the time to pay a visit to Xur, Destiny’s resident exotic item vendor and weekly visitor to the Tower (or Reef). Granted, the Agent of the Nine’s recent visits haven’t exactly been exciting. But who’s to say we won’t be treated to a Christmas miracle by Xur. After all, we’ve seen some pretty amazing stuff show up on his inventory sheet over the last few years.

Last week, Xur showed up to the Tower with an assortment of exotic items we've seen quite a few times. We didn't expect to see much excitement for frequently seen items, like the Voidfang Vestments and Young Ahamkara's Spine, particularly after the recent stretch of underwhelming visits from the Agent of the Nine. Of course, even if you're holding out hope for an extra special visit from Xur this weekend, it's probably worth pointing out that last year's holiday yield wasn't anything to write home about either. So you might want to adjust your expectations accordingly.

Here’s everything Xur is selling the Destiny community Dec. 23 - 25:

Empyrean Bellicose

  • Defense: 350
  • Intellect: 41
  • Strength: 44

Knucklehead Radar

  • Defense: 350
  • Intellect: 40
  • Strength: 43

The Ram

  • Defense: 350
  • Strength: 77

Plan C

  • Attack: 350
  • Magazine: 5

Legacy Engram - Helmet

As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with red and blue contrails available this week, along with Motes of Light, Heavy Ammo Synthesis and Glass Needles. Unfortunately, for those who'd already grown accustomed to seeing them in Xur's inventory, the Agent of the Nine is no longer selling weapon ornaments to the Destiny community.

Destiny: Rise Of Iron is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
