The 2016 VMAs is tonight! The MTV Video Music Awards will begin Sunday, Aug. 28, at 9 p.m. ET. If getting the full experience is really important to you, VMAs pre-show begins at 8 p.m. ET. Obviously, the VMAs will air on MTV, but if you won't be by a TV tonight, catch the awards ceremony via live stream so you don't miss all the highly anticipated performances from Britney Spears (YUP!), Rihanna, Beyonce, Desiigner and more.
Unfortunately, the official 2016 VMA live stream from MTV is still reserved for cable subscribers. Broadcast will begin as early as 6:15 p.m. ET and a red carpet show will begin at 7 p.m. ET. A post-show live stream will also be available for everyone following MTV's Facebook page.
