Watch Dogs: Legion will feature a post-Brexit London where the government oppresses the populace by using surveillance, intelligence gathering, and private information as their primary weapon alongside killer robots and a high-tech militant arm. With a release date set for March 6, 2020 and platform availability on PC, Xbox One, and PS4, Watch Dogs: Legion is looking to be one of the best upcoming titles of 2020. However, with four different editions to choose from, figuring out which edition gives you the best value is an ordeal in itself.

Watch Dogs: Legion Standard Edition
At $59.99, Watch Dogs: Legion Standard Edition provides players with the basic Watch Dogs: Legion gaming experience. Available for PC via the Ubisoft Store, and for Xbox One and PS4 via Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop, the Standard Edition includes the base game alongside the pre-order bonuses (listed below) if you pre-order.
Watch Dogs: Legion Gold Steelbook Edition
At $109.99, Watch Dogs: Legion Gold Steelbook Edition provides an enhanced experience for Watch Dogs: Legion. Available for PC via the Ubisoft Store, and for Xbox One and PS4 via Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop, the Watch Dogs: Legion Gold Steelbook Edition gives players the base game, three-days early access, and the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass. The Season Pass grants players access to four unique heroes with accompanying story missions, as well as an exclusive mission and in-game player and vehicle cosmetics, alongside pre-order bonuses.
Physical copies of the Watch Dogs: Legion Gold Steelbook Edition will also provide players with a collectible Steelbook case.
Watch Dogs: Legion Ultimate Edition
At a price range of $109.99 to $129.99, the Watch Dogs: Legion Ultimate Edition provides players with the definitive Watch Dogs: Legion gaming experience. Available for digital download on PC via the Ubisoft Store, digital download on Xbox One via Amazon, and with physical copies for Xbox One and PS4 available exclusively at GameStop, the Ultimate Edition gives players the base game, three-days early access, the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass, and the Ultimate Pack, alongside pre-order bonuses.
The Ultimate Pack includes the Urban Jungle Pack - a set of three characters and three cosmetic items – as well as four weeks of VIP Status. VIP Status in Watch Dogs: Legion grants players faster XP and Currency gains in-game, similar to how boosters work in Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey.
The Watch Dogs: Legion Ultimate Edition physical edition, also available exclusively at GameStop, includes the Ultimate Edition Steelbook, which features a unique cover art variation compared to the Gold Edition Steelbook.
Watch Dogs: Legion Collector’s Edition
At $189.99, the Watch Dogs: Legion Collector’s Edition is the edition designed for hardcore fans of Watch Dogs: Legion and the Watch Dogs franchise. Available for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 only on the Ubisoft Store, the Watch Dogs: Legion Collector’s Edition gives players the base game, three-days early access, the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass, the Ultimate Pack (the same one mentioned above), Day 1 access to an exclusive in-game mask, as well as several collectible physical items.
The Watch Dogs: Legion Collector’s Edition will include a 38-cm. Lightning Ded Coronet Mask, a double-sided propaganda poster, three collectible stickers, and the exclusive Collector’s Edition Steelbook, which features yet another unique cover art variation. All physical items included in the Collector’s Edition will be packaged inside the Collector’s Edition Box.
Watch Dogs: Legion Pre-Order Bonuses
By pre-ordering any of the available editions of Watch Dogs: Legion, players will gain access to the Golden King Pack in-game. The Golden King Pack is a set of in-game items that include the Lux Car Skin, the Uneasy Lies Mask Skin, and the Serpent Sisters Gun Skin, which will be made available to the player on Day 1.
