Alongside the previously announced version for the Nintendo Switch, Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble is set to launch on PC via Steam sometime this summer, according to developer Area 35.

Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble will debut a playable demo on the MomoCon 2019 stage as well, which is ongoing right now and ends on May 26. The game is also set to make an appearance at E3 2019, as well as the BitSummit 7 Spirits event to be held in Kyoto. Japan’s leading indie game festival will run from June 1 to June 2, and tickets are available here if you wish to see Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble in action along with more than a hundred indie titles.

Area 35 has also dropped a new trailer for Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble, which you can find below.

Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble is an overhauled and completely new title from Area 35. It’s innovative in the tactical, turn-based strategy genre, inspired mostly by classics like Advance Wars. Tiny Metal veterans find themselves facing stronger challenges and even stronger enemies for this one, but of course you aren’t going to be handicapped; your commander gains new powers and passive abilities. If you find the combat too easy for your liking, try the higher difficulty modes, in which more thrilling challenges await in every new firefight.

In Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble, you play as the sharp and independent Commander Wolfram. Along with your White Fangs commando unit, you stand against the forces of the conquering Dinoldan armies. All throughout the game you search for Wolfram’s brother while leading your forces to victory.

Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble expands upon the original title, Tiny Metal, and improves its formula by adding 39 new campaign missions plus 77 skirmish maps, with each one escalating in difficulty and complexity. Units can now utilize several new gameplay aspects like taking cover in the fog of war, refueling and stocking up ammo upon depletion, and ambushing enemies from various points to change the tides of war.

Tiny Metal: Full Metal Rumble is set for release on the PC and Nintendo Switch sometime this summer.
