After teases from both Square Enix and Marvel Comics on social media, both companies have come out to reveal their collaboration on a brand new Avengers video game being dubbed, for now, as the Avengers Project.
The multi-game partnership will bring in Eidos Montreal, known for the Deus Ex series, and Crystal Dynamics, known for the Tomb Raider series, into the fold to create Avengers games.

Not much else is known about the upcoming video game project but the reveal trailer does tease at The Avengers falling but that the world needs heroes. They will reassemble to fight the forces of evil in the world.
Fans should perhaps expect a new RPG featuring the Avengers characters or the return of Marvel Ultimate Alliance (wishful thinking) but whatever it is, fans of both companies should be very excited for what’s coming down the pipeline.
