City Living The Sims 4

More details about The Sims 4: City Living began to trickle in on Twitter this weekend and the scope of the San Myshuno expansion pack keeps growing. There’s 30 new lots altogether, including more than one penthouse, a more affordable two-story apartment and a fancy three-level flat. Even more exciting, with City Living comes not one, but two brand new traits-- unflirty and vegetarian. The Sims team didn’t shy away from adding a new aspiration either. Make your Sim a City Native and they’ll want to take advantage of everything San Myshuno has to offer.

A retail site (via The Sims Community) has also leaked details about another new City Living feature. In addition to festivals, there will be a flea market. Sell your Sim’s craft to make extra simoleons. Gameplay details are still scarce.

Emily Zeinner, a former Sims 4 concept artist who worked on City Living , has been posting some of her designs to Twitter. She pointed out many objects we didn’t notice in the trailers and teasers. Take a look below. There’s a platformed bed and new wall lighting, both styled like something you’d see in an industrial loft building. A ‘hipster’ ottoman doubles as a record shelf (does this mean there is a record player too?). We also get new seating, modern shelves and a super cool see-through ‘runner’ carpet covered in rose petals. You can also decorate your apartment with a variety of new colorful paintings.
