This week in Red Dead Online, all Showdown Modes are giving out double rewards. In addition, players who win these modes get to earn a reward of 30% off an Ability Card Upgrade. Moonshiners that are at least Rank 100 also receive an offer for three Gold Bars off on any Moonshine Bar Theme.

Highlighted this week as well is "A Land of Opportunities" which rewards players with 2X RDO$ and XP. Players who finish “Kill Them, Each and Every One” earn a reward for a free Treasure Map.

Summer Update

For those who are excited about the summer update, well this isn’t the one. However, we finally got a release date. The Blood Money update is arriving on July 13. Details, as well as the official trailer, are coming out tomorrow, July 7.

Special Offers

Players who buy a weapon modification this week get an offer for 40% off a select Revolver along with 200 Express Revolver Ammo. Players who have reached at least Rank 100, meanwhile, get something extra with an offer for 50% off a select Weapon.

In addition, all Weapon and Pamphlet Rank requirements at the Fence are being lifted this week.

Discounts

For this week, the discounts offered at the Wheeler, Rawson and Co., are:

  • Turkoman Horses (30% off)
  • Sniper Rifles (30% off)
  • Shotguns (30% off)
  • Bandoliers (30% off)
  • Hats (30% off)
  • Ability Cards (40% off)
  • Weapon Crafting Pamphlets (40% off)
  • Weapons at the Fence (40% off)

Prime Gaming

For this week, there are no extra offers for Prime Gaming members. However, those who haven’t connected their Rockstar Games Social Club account to Prime Gaming receive rewards for a free Saddle, two free Treasure Maps, and an offer for 40% off the Fast Travel Post. These are valid until August 2.

Once again, there isn’t much for this week’s update. It’s probably because a big update is coming next week. Once we get to see the details, hopefully, it’s worth the wait.

Red Dead Online was originally the online component for Red Dead Redemption 2 before being released as a standalone game. It’s available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
