Update: The full lineup of PS+ games for February has just been announced. The updated story is as follows:
PS4
The rumors were correct. The two games coming to PS4 this month are Helldivers and Nom Nom Galaxy. Information on those two games can be found below.
PS3
The PS3 games this month include Gtid Autosport and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. PS3 owners will also be treated to a copy of Helldivers. As one can imagine, Grid Autosport is a racing game that focuses on realism. The game features 22 locations and five different racing disciplines.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is a fighting game featuring the characters from Persona 4.
PS Vita
As for PS Vita gamers, they will also be getting Helldivers along with Lemmings Touch and Nova-111. Lemmings Touch is the latest take on the classic puzzle franchise that utilizes the PS Vita's touch screen to help solve obstacles.
Nova-111 is a Pixeljunk game where players explore new worlds using their trusty orange spaceship. Exploring worlds is a strange turn-based affair, with players unlocking ways to manipulate time to solve different puzzles.

The PS+ free games on PS4 for February have been leaked. Next month, subscribers will be able to download Helldivers and Nom Nom Galaxy for free. This information comes from a reddit thread on the PS+ subreddit.
Helldivers was first mentioned by user Onmi-Bow, who saw this information on a banner in the Plus section on PS4. This information was then confirmed via a screenshot posted by user bloodergo.
Seeing as how Helldivers is also on the PS Vita, it would make sense that this promotion would be a cross-buy title for both PS4 and PS Vita.
What hasn’t been confirmed yet are the PS+ games coming for free to PS3 and PS Vita. Those titles will probably be getting announced soon enough in a formal announcement along with Helldivers and Nom Nom Galaxy .
